Greenmont Mutual Housing Corporation owns a plaza of businesses that are on-property for use by both members and nonmembers. All businesses lease their space and provide a convenient way for our residents to shop and find additional entertainment and other needs.

Dot’s Market
Dot’s Market has been offering a wide range of grocery, meat, dairy, beer, and wine products since 1951. People come from all over for Dot’s high quality meats.
Bull Pen Diner
Inside Dot’s Market is the Bull Pen Diner, delivering great food and a great atmosphere. The Bull Pen offers a great menu and friendly service, with breakfast served all day.
Miracles Hair Salon
This quaint salon is centrally located to many areas in Dayton and is on-site for our Greenmont offering a variety of hair services and facial waxing.
Cousin Vinny’s Pizza
East-coast style pies made from fresh, home-made dough, rich tomato sauce, and daily, shredded locally 100% mozzarella cheese. They are a Greenmont residents’ favorite option for lunch and dinner.

Needle Ink and Thread is a modern sewing studio located on the Greenmont Village property. The store offers sewing classes for all ages and all skill levels and carries modern fabrics and offers more modern sewing techniques.

Express Nails provides you with the opportunity to look amazing every day! They have high-quality products and services combined with excellent pricing to bring you the best in the market. Many of our rental customers who use our Event Hall also choose to employ Express Nails and Miracles Hair Salon for wedding day services.
