Dayton Area Event Hall & Community Center
Our property is home to a wonderful event venue for your next wedding, shower, concert, or other social activity in the Dayton area. Both members and non-members alike may rent the space. Discounted access to our Event Hall and Community Center is one of the strongest benefits for our residents. We built this hall to support additional events and also generate revenue for our facilities through both member and non-member rental use.
About the Event Hall & Community Space
The Greenmont Village Event Hall has a number of spaces that will work for your next gathering, from a small working meeting to a wedding, concert, or social event.
The Event Hall itself is 4,698 square feet with 360 square feet of stage. In addition, there is a large outdoor event space that is 5,589 square feet, large enough to accommodate a tent or outdoor concert, wedding, or other social event.
Pricing and Amenities
If you are a member of the Greenmont Village community, the event hall rental space is $150 per day/$100 deposit, $400 per day/$400 deposit for non-members (weekday 10am to midnight, Saturday/Sunday 1pm to midnight).
Event Hall & Community Space amenities include:
22 Tables and 160 chairs (6 chairs per table = 132 chairs)
Full Kitchen: 4-burner stove with oven, microwave, & refrigerator

Our Event Hall complies to any COVID mandates for the City of Kettering and State of Ohio including capacity limits, masking requirements, etc. Please call to ask about the current capacity limits for your event.
